I’m the Chair of Brecknock Access Group which is an organisation that supports disabled people in Brecon Powys
I’m also a PAVO Befriender and have used the services of Powys Teaching Health board in relation to a Mindfulness Course at Bronllys Centre for Health Wellbeing in Powys
