Mindfulness Wales holds daily drop-in online sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am – 11am.

These friendly sessions are gently and skilfully guided by experienced mindfulness teachers offering mindfulness and community.  We all have a regular day though we sometimes swap or stand in for each other.  We each have our own style and experience – you can sample our practices below.  You can read more about the drop-in team below.  We’d love you to join us on any of our days.

This photo shows us at our recent Mindfulness Wales Drop-in Retreat Day at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.  We worked with participants to co-create a rich and nourishing programme which included movement, poetry and nature.  We love our online sessions but there was something special about meeting in person and we’re sure to do it again – open to anyone who attends the drop-in sessions.  Click on the bottom thumbnail for more photos of the day.
